Who & What Does Your Donation Support?
We raise funds so we can run more programs, reach a wider audience, and grow our creative community.
This year, we supported 125 scholars across our various programs and shared ideas and inspiration with an additional 57 individuals through our workshops. Over 90% of our annual budget is distributed back to our community, so your donation will directly impact participants in our programs. These programs include Curatorial Programs & Exhibits, Mentorship Programs, Scholarships & Fellowships, and Workshops.
Why Support Us?
Creature Conserve strives to take a more inviting and inclusive approach to wildlife conservation, open to diverse perspectives from the arts, humanities, sciences, traditional ecological knowledge, and beyond. We are all part of the problem, yet too few of us are part of the solution.
Since our founding in 2015, we have supported over 1500 individuals from 38 countries and 5 indigenous nations, and reached over 48,000 people with our exhibitions, media content, and public events. The creative works produced by our program participants feature a wide variety of animal species, ranging from moths and tropical frogs to beavers and whales, and explore various larger issues such as mapping unrecognized Indigenous lands and sharing water rights.
